Our School Programme equips students aged 13-18 with practical Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) tools to help them navigate the challenges of adolescence with confidence. This stage of life brings significant physical, emotional, and intellectual changes, alongside the increasing pressures of modern society, including social media.
Our programme promotes resilience, emotional wellbeing, and healthy coping strategies helping young people manage stress, build self-awareness, and develop the skills they need to thrive in school and beyond.
